Dodge City of McKinney talks Automotive on The ANE Show

General Manager of Dodge City of McKinney, Jim Proctor Host The ANE Show with Jeff “Bubba” Thompson and a cast of experts in automotive, news, social media, and celebrity entertainment.

Dodge City of McKinney’s Jim Proctor provides Dallas and Fort Worth listeners with entertainment and great information.

KFXR 1190 AM, has added what is touted to be a fun exciting show which will share much needed advice on purchasing and servicing automotive, today’s news, social media topics, and celebrity interviews. The ANE Show which stands for Automotive News & Entertainment is hosted by longtime General Manager Jim Proctor of Dodge City of McKinney.



Proctor spent 2 years in minor league baseball playing in the Carolina League and is currently the co-producer of the Drew Pearson Show on Fox Sports. He is no stranger to talking his way out of situations especially since he was a Dallas Cowboy fan growing up. Proctor brings a wealth of automotive knowledge currently running one of the fastest growing dealerships in North Texas. He was a dealer partner in one of the top 50 Internet Sales and has co-produced a show that gained over 1 million views on YouTube in less than 90 days. He is joined by a cast of experts to share information and opinions during the show.

Jeff “Bubba” Thompson, the ANE Show’s Co-Host, also serves as Jim’s right hand man in the dealership. He will share “war stories” and other helpful information for the consumer’s automotive needs. Jeff’s nickname is “Bubba” and he has a donkey as a pet. That statement alone should let you know that this show will be entertainment. From an early age, Bubba new he would be in entertainment. At the age of 12, Thompson shot his first car commercial. His dad had 7 cars and trucks, and two motorcycles. So one day he thought it would be a great idea to grab a rifle, put on his dad’s slcacks with cowboy boots, talk his little niece into wearing a blond wig and try his hand at selling cars on TV. With a VHS camcorder, tripod and little innovation he produced the video which is making its rounds throughout small towns of North Texas.

The Dodge City Boys will be joined by Josh “Social Media’s Guru” Deaton, and James “Spin Doctor” Schaefer , Co-Founders of DeliveryMaxx, are experts when it comes to today’s technology and will provide insight to everything pertaining to social media, internet marketing, online reputation, and digital solutions. Paul Salfen, the coolest guy in Dallas, will add celebrity insight with interviews of the hottest stars in sports, music, and entertainment.

The ANE Show will air at 9 AM Saturday mornings and consist of all four segments including two segments of Automotive, News, and Entertainment. Proctor and Thompson will Host the show starting out with automotive news and giving helpful information such as buying vehicles, financing, selling vehicles, and automotive comparisons just to name a few. . Salfen will follow with interviews of today’s most popular stars. He will find out what is going on in their lives both professional and personal as well as uncover what everyone wants to really know. Deaton and Schaefer will join the fun of the hour long show with innovative ways to utilize social media to benefit businesses and consumers as well as funny and crazy experiences in the digital world.
